These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Seat Mitra mobile application and website. By using Seat Mitra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

1. About Seat Mitra

Seat Mitra is a library management application designed to help library owners manage seats, members, records, and daily operations easily.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information while using the app.

4. Subscription & access

Some features of Seat Mitra require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and validity are shown clearly inside the app.

If your subscription expires, you may still be able to view your existing data, but some features such as adding new entries may be restricted.

5. Data ownership

You own the data you enter into Seat Mitra. We do not claim ownership of your library records. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data.

6. Service availability

We try our best to keep Seat Mitra running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or suspend parts of the service when required.

7. Limitation of liability

Seat Mitra is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, data loss, or business loss resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Seat Mitra after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
