1 About SeatMitra

SeatMitra is a library management application designed to help library owners manage seats, members, records, and daily operations.

2 Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information while using the app.

3 Use of the service

• Use SeatMitra only for lawful purposes
• Do not misuse the app, attempt to hack it, or disrupt its services
• Do not use SeatMitra to store or share harmful, illegal, or misleading data

4 Subscription and access

Some SeatMitra features require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing and validity are displayed on SeatMitra's official website, web app or other authorized purchase interface.

SeatMitra provides a 30-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before subscribing.

If your subscription expires, you may still be able to view existing data, but features such as adding new entries may be restricted.

5 Data ownership

You own the data you enter into SeatMitra. We do not claim ownership of your library records. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data.

6 Service availability

We work to keep SeatMitra running smoothly, but do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or suspend parts of the service when required.

7 Limitation of liability

SeatMitra is provided "as is." We are not responsible for direct or indirect loss, data loss, or business loss resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SeatMitra after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
