1. No Refund Policy

SeatMitra follows a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is successfully made, it is final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Free Trial

SeatMitra provides a free trial period so that users can fully evaluate the app before making any payment. We strongly encourage users to use the free trial before purchasing any subscription plan.

3. Subscription Access

After successful payment, users will receive full access to SeatMitra features for the purchased duration (for example, one year). Access will remain active for the complete subscription term.

4. Non-transferable Account

Purchased subscriptions are linked to the registered user account and Gmail ID. Subscriptions cannot be transferred, shared, resold, or moved to another account.

5. No Cancellations or Refunds

Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. We do not provide refunds for unused time, accidental purchases, or early termination.
